(1) A construction entrepreneur fund is hereby established to render necessary services and assistance to the
construction entrepreneurs in order to enhance the quality standard of public construction works and the efficiency of construction entrepreneurs.
(2) The following amounts shall be credited to the fund as referred to in Sub-section (1):
(a) Amounts obtained from Government of Nepal,
(b) Fees obtained from construction entrepreneurs,
(c) Amounts obtained from native or foreign organizations.
(3) Expenditures shall be made from the fund as per the decision of the council.
(4) The fund as referred to in Sub-section (1) shall be operated and audited as prescribed.
